On February 7th\, in the midst of winter we gather for a collective journey and exploration of our inner worlds.\n\nEast Forest is a multidisciplinary artist\, producer\, and ceremony guide. At the core of his work is an exploration of sound as a tool to guide listeners on an inner journey. The music is an emotionally resonant landscape that blends organic and electronic elements into cinematic compositions designed to evoke insight and connection. As a sonic bridge between science and spirituality\, it ushers listeners into a direct encounter with the mystical dimensions of their being\, allowing access to peak states of consciousness.\n\nListen to a live set from Medicine Festival here on YouTube\n\nGOOD TO KNOW:\n\n- ALRUNA is a small\, independent non-profit creating ceremonial concerts.\n- We will ask you to take off your shoes and leave your bags to the side.\n- Our invitation is to bring a yogamat & cosy set up.
