Älgtur /Moose Tour

Tänk på att det enda sättet att se älgarna är att boka plats!

Gårdsjö Älgpark erbjuder en fantastisk upplevelse där du i våra turer får möta våra älgar utomhus i deras naturliga miljö. Du får lära dig massor om älgar och hur de lever, både vilt och här i parken. Älgarna, som är vana vid besökare, kommer gärna fram och inspekterar gästerna. Ibland kommer de till och med så nära att du får röra vid dem. De är stora, mäktiga djur och det är en speciell upplevelse att möta dem.

Hur går det till?

Våra älgturer avgår på utsatt tid. Det är viktigt att du anländer i god tid då turerna tyvärr inte kan vänta. Checka in i receptionen när du kommer. Därefter går du till vagnarna och åker ut i grupp tillsammans med Leffe, Älgmannen själv. Turen är utomhus och tar omkring en timme. Alla som vill kan åka med. Vi har anpassat turerna till både barn, äldre och för funktionshindrade. Turen görs alltid på svenska och engelska.

Tider

Turen startar 10:45. Kom i god tid! Vi öppnar kl 9:00. Är ni inte i tid missar ni turen ut till älgarna.

Café

Njut av god fika, frukost och lunch på Gårdsjö Café före eller efter turen. Öppettider 9:00 - 15:00.

Var finns vi?

Morgongåva ligger längs riksväg 72 mellan Uppsala och Sala. I Morgongåva, sväng norrut vid skylten "Älgpark 6". Kör ca 5 km till byn Vansjö. Sväng av vid skylten "Älgpark 1", fortsätt ca 1 km och så är du framme. Här hjälper Google maps dig att hitta till Gårdsjö Älgpark

The Moose Tour

Keep in mind that the only way to see the moose is to book place on the tour!

The Moose Tour is also called Moose safari. You arrive early (the tour departs on time) and check in at reception. From there you continue to the wagons and leave as a group together with the Moose Man himself. The tour takes about one hour and is outdoors all the time. Anyone who wants to can join the tour, children, elderly, or people with handicaps or wheelchairs. You will learn a lot about the moose and how they live, in the wild and here at the park, and there are lots of opportunities to ask questions during the tour. The tour is presented in Swedish and English.

Close encounter

You will get really close to the moose. They are used to visitors arriving on the wagons and enjoy coming up to inspect the guests. Sometimes they even come close enough for you to touch. They are huge, mighty animals and it's a very special experience to be near them. .

Times

Our tours depart on time and the tour starts at 10:45 o´clock. Come in good time, preferably 10.00 but not later than 10.30. If you are not on time, you will miss the ride to the moose.

Café

Enjoy a good cup of coffee, breakfast or lunch at Gårdsjö Café before or after the moose tour. Open hours: 9:00 - 15:00.
