The format will be 10 mins + 5 secs per move.\n\n**IMPORTANT:**\n**1) The event will start at 18:00\, so please arrive between 17:45 and 17:55 so we have time to check everyone in and explain the tournament rules!**\n**2) If you RSVP but later can't make it\, please update your attendance at least 24 hours in advance! We need to know who we're waiting for so we can start on time.**\n**3) In case we get a lot of participants\, we may ask you to install a chess clock app on your phone before the event in case we run out of our own clocks.**\n\nThere will be short breaks between rounds so everyone can relax\, grab something to eat or drink\, and reset before the next game.
