We built www.foundinity.com, but realized that people also love meeting up IRL. So we created Foundinity Matchmaking Events!
It's not speed networking. Not a pitch night. Not a mixer.
We are creating a structured and compatibility driven matchmaking, networking and workshop experience. So you spend less time searching and more time building.
If you're a founder, engineer, marketer, operator - anyone who has the itch to start something of their own and is searching for the right person to build together with, this is the place to be! Whether you have the next big agentic AI startup idea, or no idea at all, come as you are!
## Here's how it works👇
* **Step 1. Register your interest & create your profile on app.foundinity.com**
We'll learn about who you are, what you bring to the table, and what your needs are. The more detailed, the better. We combine this information into your co-founder profile, which is what helps us find the right person for you.
* Step 2. We pair you before the doors open.
Our algorithm analyzes your profile and your needs to sort out the most compatible person for you to connect with.
* Step 3. You arrive to a seat, not a crowd.
Groups of 2 to 3, seated together for the whole session. No rotation, nobody moves between tables. One real conversation beats six shallow ones.
* Step 4. The room is facilitated.
Instead of awkward hej-hellos, we facilitate the getting-to-know-each-other properly. By the end, each group has enough context to decide if they want to build together.
At the end, each group gets a few minutes alone to answer one question: do we want to continue this? Contacts exchanged if it's mutual.

Anyone searching for a co-founder! Early-stage founders building the next big thing, aspiring founders who want to build but haven't found the right person. People with an idea and no team, or a skill set and no idea. Doesn't matter if you're an entrepreneur or working professional.
No deck, no product, no registered company needed. Just be serious about building something.
