Day Hike: Kroppefjäll & Karl XII Trail (Dalsland) – 21 km
När
Vad händer?
Join us for a full-day hike across the Kroppefjäll plateau. This route includes the historic king Karl XII’s road—where the Swedish Carolinian army, with the king in the front, marched in 1718 on their way to attack Norway in Halden. (Btw, the king was killed in the attack.)
During the hike, you will see Dalsland nature, including pine forests, ridges and tarns.
Note: This is a challenging hike covering 21 km of hilly terrain. We will maintain a steady pace with short breaks and a 30 min lunch. But there will be no stop for swimming or longer breaks, just to keep our schedule.
