Our Buddhist Group meets once a week on Wednesdays for a guided meditation on [16th Karmapa.](https://www.diamondway-buddhism.org/buddhist-teachers/16th-karmapa/) These meditation classes are suitable for all who wish to learn how to meditate. For newcomers there is always a short introduction to Buddhism and brief explanations on how to meditate in English or Swedish\n\nThe meditation methods used are from the [Karma Kagyu](https://www.diamondway-buddhism.org/diamond-way/karma-kagyu-lineage/) tradition\, a lineage of Tibetan Buddhism that goes back 1\,000 years. The presentation is fresh and free from cultural baggage.
