This event is not suitable for beginners.\n\nAs a rough guideline\, you’re probably ready for this level if you’ve played regularly for around 1 year (once a week)\, 6 months (twice a week)\, or a similar amount of playing time.\n\nClub or competition experience is welcome\, but strong recreational experience is just as welcome.\n\nYou should be confident with serve receive\, passing\, attacking\, and keeping the ball under control.\n\nWe’ll mainly play 2v2 or 3v3 to create more movement\, responsibility\, and involvement.
