We’ll hike\, camp by the beach\, visit the spectacular **Møns Klint**\, swim\, explore\, and enjoy a relaxed weekend in nature. 🌿🌊\n\n### 🚗 Friday — Gothenburg → Møn Island\n\nWe meet at **Liseberg Station bus stop in Gothenburg** on **Friday evening\, 21 August**.\nWe’ll travel in **2 cars**\, with around **4–5 people in each car**. The drive takes approximately **5 hours**\, including the journey to our camping spot on Møn.\nIn the evening\, we arrive at a **campsite near the beach**\, where we’ll set up our tents and spend the night. ⛺🌅\n\n### 🥾 Saturday — Hike to Møns Klint\n\nAfter breakfast\, we’ll start our hike/walk towards the famous **Møns Klint**\, one of Denmark’s most spectacular natural attractions.\nThe nice thing is that **we don’t need to carry all our camping equipment during the hike**. We can leave the tents and other belongings safely in the cars and take only a **small backpack with water\, food\, and anything else needed for the day**.\nAfter exploring Møns Klint and enjoying the scenery\, we’ll return to the same camping spot in the evening.\nThen it’s time to relax! We can **swim\, enjoy the beach\, have dinner\, and spend the evening together at the campsite**. 🌊🔥⛺\n\n### 🌿 Sunday — Møn → Gothenburg\n\nAfter breakfast or lunch\, we’ll pack up and start driving back towards Gothenburg.\nWe can make a few stops along the way and visit interesting places depending on the group's interests and how much time we have.\nWe expect to be **back in Gothenburg on Sunday evening**.\n\n### 💰 Cost\n\nWe’ll **share the cost of fuel and the Øresund Bridge (Øresundsbron) toll** between everyone travelling in the cars.\nThe estimated cost is around **500 SEK per person** for fuel + Øresundsbron toll.\n\n### 🎒 Who is this for?\n\nThis trip is for people who enjoy **hiking\, camping\, nature\, road trips\, swimming\, and meeting new people**.\nYou don’t need to be an experienced hiker\, but you should be comfortable walking for several hours and carrying a small day backpack.\nBring your **tent\, sleeping gear\, hiking shoes\, clothes suitable for changing weather\, swimwear\, water\, food\, and your adventurous spirit!** 😄\nLet’s escape the city for a weekend and enjoy **Møn’s beautiful nature\, dramatic cliffs\, beach\, and good company**. 🥾🌊🌿\n**Come join us for a fun weekend adventure to Møn!**\n\nMer info: https://www.meetup.com/hiking-around-goteborg/events/316125953/
