Come as y…\n\nEvery second week we sit down\, online\, and meditate together for 2x20 minutes. We might have a small discussion/contemplation before\, in between and after\, but the meditation is in silence.\n\nCome as you are\, no prerequisites needed\, but previous meditation experience is recommended. If you are new to meditation\, have a look at our event we have every other second week where we follow an online course.\n\nPlease keep your camera on during the meeting. It creates a nicer\, more connected feeling\, and makes everyone feel safe.\n\nFrom now until further notice we will only be hosting the meditation online. You join by calling in remotely approximately 19:00.
