The aim of the…\n\nWarmly welcome!\nWe practice basic shamata (calm abiding) meditation. Short instructions are given before the sitting\, in Swedish or English depending on the needs of the participants.\nThe aim of the practice is to calm and focus the mind\, cultivating concentration and inner clarity. This form of meditation is often considered a foundation for insight (vipassanā) practice. We mainly work with mindfulness of breathing\, alternating between sitting and walking meditation.\nPlease let us know in advance if you would like to participate.
