Outdoor pull-up training - All levels welcome

Join us for a one-hour guided bodyweight training focusing on pull-ups!

This event is appropriate for all levels and goals:

• Work towards your first pull-up
• Increase your pull-up count
• Improve your pull-up form
• Try different variations of pull-ups

The training session is guided: we will provide you with exercises adjusted to your level and goals.

We will meet by the pull-up bars of the outdoor gym.

Please try to be on time, as we will start with a warm-up, which is important to do before the main workout.

It is possible that there is rain during the event. We train through rain, but if there is thunder we will cancel the event for safety reasons. Please check the weather and dress appropriately.

No worries if you cannot make it. Just please update your RSVP as soon as you know, so someone else can take your spot.

Please train within your own limits and listen to your body. Participation is at your own risk, and we recommend consulting a doctor if you have any health concerns before joining.
